How do we work to find rental apartments?
We offer a professional rental apartment brokerage service to find a home that meets your needs. Our service is paid and includes the following steps:
Service fee and payment
- We will submit an advance invoice for the service in the amount of €200 (option to pay 50% at the beginning and the remaining 50% after finding a suitable apartment and signing the contract).
- The maximum possible brokerage fee is €200 + a commission of one month’s rent if the apartment is among the offers mediated by brokers.
Our work process
- We will find a suitable rental apartment for you according to your wishes. We use both public real estate portals and closed databases of real estate agents and mailing list offers that are not available to ordinary users. We first prefer rental apartments that do not have a commission fee, but if necessary, we will also expand the search to properties brokered by agents.
- We mediate communication with owners and brokers – after your confirmation, we will contact the owners of suitable apartments or their representatives.
- We help with negotiations and contract review to avoid potential problems in the lease agreement.
- We will offer you three offers sets, each with at least three apartments, and we will arrange three showings. The more precisely you describe your wishes at the beginning, the better we can make suitable offers for you.
Our service is flexible – the entire process can be organized remotely, and if you wish, you can move into the rental apartment immediately after arrival.
